Choose the right course for your journey:

0-5KM (Couch to 5K)

  • Designed for complete beginners or those returning to running.
  • Suitable for adults of all fitness levels (ages 18-61).
  • No prior running experience needed—start your fitness journey here!
  • Includes a Mother/Father & Buggy Baby course in Clontarf.

Next course starts:

From 20th April

5-8/10KM (Advanced Course)

  • Ideal for runners ready to increase their distance beyond 5KM.
  • No need to have completed the 0-5KM course – you just need to be able to run 5KM non-stop.
  • Open to all adults—no speed requirement, just endurance.

Half Marathon & Marathon Training Plans

Already running 10km? Ready to take on longer distances?

Half Marathon & Marathon Training Plans are available.

  • Based on the same proven methodology as our running courses.
  • Designed for runners who can run 1 hour non-stop.

What people do with their newfound 5km or long distance 10km running skills is entirely up to each individual. We always say to people that once you can run for 5km you are a runner. If you never run a meter beyond 5km that is absolutely fine. To be able to run 5km is a huge achievement in itself and it gives you the foundations to take your running to wherever you want it to go.
